CSS 2.1 Working Draft Published. 29 January 2003: Answering comments received during Last Call, the CSS Working Group has released an interim Working Draft of Cascading Style Sheets, Level 2 Revision 1 (CSS 2.1). Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a language used to render structured documents like HTML and XML on screen, on paper, and in speech.
